Refund policy

Online Purchases

• We offer complimentary returns on all Aurn purchases, provided the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• Online orders and Click & Collect orders must be returned through our online returns portal.
• To initiate a return, simply click here to generate a pre-paid return label.
• Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging (if possible) and include the return slip provided with your shipping label.
• Once received, the return process may take up to 14 business days to be inspected, processed, and refunded.

Important Notes

• Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Purchases made through unauthorized retailers or third-party sources are not covered by Aurn’s money-back guarantee.
• Final sale items, engraved products, promotional gifts, and E-Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
• Exchanges are only considered if the product arrives damaged or defective, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
